male, born in October, 1950, member of the Communist Party of China He is now Deputy Director of the All-Military Emergency Medical Committee, member of the Emergency Wound Science Group of the Emergency Branch of the Chinese Medical Association, member of the Shanghai Emergency Association and member of the Shanghai Critical Disease Association. He has obtained one Shanghai Scientific Research Fund, one second prize of the Military Medical Achievement Award, one Golden Cup Prize of the General Staff Department, four third prizes of the Military Scientific and Technological Advancement Award, one Shisiming Fund Award and three first prizes and two second prizes of the Hospital Medical Achievement Award and has published 46 theses. He has been granted third-class merit twice and has been credited as Model Secretary of Party Branch and Advanced Individual on Medical Ethics of the Hospital, etc.
Chen Xuyan
female, born in 1964, on-the-job Ph.D., Associate Chief Physician, Associate Professor, Mentor of Master Graduates, and Emergency Department Director of the First Hospital Affiliated to the Beijing University. She has gone to the United States and France for academic exchanges as a visiting scholar. She serves as a member of the Beijing Branch of the Emergency Medicine Society of the Chinese Medical Association. Having published more than forty academic theses in various magazines, she is also an editor of a number of magazines such as the Chinese Emergency Medicine Journal.
 


Dr. Jan-Thorsten Gräsner

Dr. Jan-Thorsten Gräsner started his medical career as a paramedic at a local emergency-medical-service-system and worked as a paramedic instructor during his medical education in Muenster, Germany. He is a specialist in anaesthesia and emergency-medicine. In his current position he works at the University Hospital in Kiel, Germany, at the local ems-helicopter and as Executive Emergency Specialist as well as a director of the emergency-physican-unit in the local area. During the Fifa World-Cup 2006 in Germany he was one of the emergency physicans in the field. He has published many papers on quality management in emergency treatment and pre- and in-hospital-resuscitation. He is a member of the german-resuscitation-data-collection-group.

 






Songqing
Born in 1955, Song is a member of Beijing Medical Society-Special Committee for Critical Care Medicine and now the director of SICU of the General Hospital of PLA, chief physician, professor and postgraduate tutor. Currently, he is the deputy secretary-general of PLA Critical Care Science Committee, national member of Emergency Science Branch of Chinese Medicine Association -Committee of Experts on Critical Care, critical care science member of Association of Pathophysiology of Chinese Medicine Association, member of the 1st Clinical Treatment Science Committee of Beijing Association of the Integration of Traditional and Western Medicine, editor of Academic Journal of PLA Postgraduate Medical School and editor of Chinese Journal of Multiple Organ Diseases in the Elderly. He has been awarded one first prize and one third prize for PLA Medical Achievement.



Ma Penglin
Male, born in 1962. Ma has the title of doctor of medicine, deputy chief physician, standing committee member & secretary of Critical Care Science Special Committee of Beijing Medical Association and director of No.309 Clinical and First-aid Department of General Hospital of PLA. He has been awarded the 2nd Prize of the National Science and Technology Progress, the 2nd Prize of Beijing Science and Technology Progress and the 3rd Prize of PLA Science and Technology Progress. In addition, he is the member of Association of Pathophysiology of Chinese Critical Disease Science Committee and guest professor of the third affiliated college of Xiangya Medical School of CSU.



Zhou Jianxin
M.D., Chief Physician, Mentor of Master Graduates and ICU Director of the Beijing Tiantan Hospital Affiliated to the Capital University of Medical Sciences.He now serves as Deputy Director of the Anaesthesiology Doctor Branch of the Chinese Medical Doctor Association, National Member of the Critical Disease Society of the Chinese Association of Pathophysiology, Member of the Critical Disease Society of the Beijing Medical Association and Counterpart Evaluation Expert of the National Natural Science Fund. Zhang Helong

Xiao Wenhua
Xiao is the director of tumor section of No.1 Affiliated Hospital of General Hospital of PLA and chief physician.From 1984 to 2000, Xiao was working and studying in Southwest Hospital affiliated to Third Military Medical University. In 1995, he was appointed as the vice director of tumor section, associate professor, postgraduate tutor and party branch secretary of tumor section. In 2000, he entered PLA 304 hospital and was promoted to the chief physician of the hospital. From 2001 to 2002, he served as a one-year visiting scholar of tumor study center of Catholic University Of Daegu. He worked as the postgraduate tutor of Third Military Medical University in 1996 and postgraduate tutor of Academy of Military Medical Science in 2005. 







Wangding
Born in 1963, Wang is the vice president of BIOCHEM Group. In 1989, Wang graduated from Sun Yat-sen University of Medical Sciences and awarded master degree of forensic medicine. From 1989 to 1993, he was engaged in quality management in Guangdong Center for Clinical Laboratories. From 1993 to 2006, he was engaged in immunity test, molecular biology test and laboratory management in Guangdong Provincial People's Hospital. He was appointed as the director of test unit of Guangdong Provincial People's Hospital, vice chairman of Testing Branch of Guangdong Medical Association, member of the Molecular Biology Science Committee of Testing Branch of Chinese Medical Association and member of sixth editor committee of Chinese Journal of Laboratory Medicine, member of In-vitro Diagnosis and Clinical Laboratory Standardization Technology Committee of Standardization Administration of the PRC, part-time postgraduate tutor of Guangdong Medical College and full-time postgraduate tutor of Southern Medical University and Medical College of Shantou University. Having been committed to clinical laboratory science for 20 years, Wang has rich experience in laboratory science and keen insight of advanced clinical laboratory technologies. 





Zhuo Dahong
Male, Title: Professor (First Hospital Affiliated to the Sun Yat-sen University of Medical Sciences) Professor Zhuo Dahong, Mentor of Master Graduates, Professor of Rehabilitation Medicine of the First Hospital Affiliated to the Sun Yat-sen University of Medical Sciences. He now serves as Director of the Cooperative Rehabilitation Center of the World Health Organization, Counsel of the Expert Advisory Body on Rehabilitation of the World Health Organization, Chairman of the Asian Pacific Medical Committee of the International Rehabilitation Council, Vice Chairman of the Chinese Association of the Rehabilitation Medicine, Vice President of the China Association of Rehabilitation of Disabled Persons, Chairman of the Expert Committee of the Guangzhou Rehabilitation Center of Disabled Persons and Editor-in-Chief of the Chinese Journal of Rehabilitation Medicine. Specialized in the field of rehabilitation medicine, he is one of the founders of the modern rehabilitation medicine of our country and a leader of the country's rehabilitation medicine science. His biography and achievements have been included in the Who's Who in Modern China (China Personnel Publishing House, 1996, Beijing), MARQUIS Who's Who in the World (15th edition, 1998) and British IBC Who's Who of Intellectuals (10th edition, 1995).




Nan Dengkun
Nan is now working in Tongji Hospital affiliated to Tongji Medical College of Huazhong University of Science and Technology. In 1994, he was elected as the chairman of Chinese Society of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. He is the chief editor of four national professional journals, including two with national importance. Auxiliary teaching material of Rehabilitation Medical Science edited by him is awarded the Third Prize of Science and Technology Progress of 1996. The establishment of WHO Rehabilitation Physician Training Class has won the support of WHO, which fosters a batch of elite physicians for our national rehabilitation industry.




Professor Zhou Shifang
Zhou is a chief physician, lifetime professor of Nanjing Medical University, senior expert of No.1 Affiliated Hospital of Nanjing Medical University and Jiangsu Provincial People’s Hospital, director of Specialist Committee of Chinese Association of Rehabilitation Medicine, chairman of Jiangsu Association of Rehabilitation Medicine and vice chairman of former Chinese Association of Rehabilitation Medicine, is granted Special Subsidies by the State Council. Wang’s major specialties: rehabilitation of cardiovascular and pulmonary diseases, nerve system diseases, geriatric diseases and athletic injury, etc.





Wang Xianju
Title: Professor and researcher of Institute of Space and Medical-Engineering, Chief engineer of  Beijing Fourier Institute of Information Science & Technology
In 1996, Wang graduated from Major of Probability Theory & Mathematical Statistics of Department of Mathematics of Peking University. After graduation, he is engaged in the research work in Institute of Space and Medical-Engineering and Second Artillery Force and committed to the research and development of space medical engineering and application and research of biomedical information.
Wang has developed “Automatic Diagnosis of Astronauts’ Cardiogram” for astronauts during space flight, “Autonomic Nerve Detect and Analysis System” for psychological quality assessment and selection of astronauts, “Polygraph Physiological Signal Collection and Automatic Analysis System” for assessment of astronaut training performance and “Nerve Physiological Information Workstation” for assessment of astronaut’s brain function in simulation experiment. In addition, he completed the project of “Analysis and Processing of Weather Satellite Infrared Image” for No.5 Institute of Department of Aerospace and the project of “Human Gait Measuring Instrument” for China Rehabilitation Center. Also, Wang has developed “Psychological Testing and Analyzing Instrument” for Ankang Hospital of Beijing Police Bureau and completed project of “Judgment of Relevant events through Analysis of Abnormal Changes of Brain Functions” in cooperation with Dalian Police Bureau.
Wang has been awarded national and army prize of science and technology progress several times. As recommended by the Ministry of Health, he participated in the 6th International Medicine and Information Science Conference, made report on ECG research and released several valuable theses. In 1992, the first product “Intelligent Brain Function Analyzer” developed by Wang was awarded the State-Level New Product Certificate issued by five national ministries and commissions, such as National Science and Technology Committee, State Bureau of Technological Supervision, Ministry of Labor, the Brains Importation Bureau of the State Council and Industrial and Commercial Bank of China, which is unparalleled in the industry.






Yang Shuanping
Yang, doctor of medicine at PLA Academy of Military Medical Sciences, now works as the first commissioner of Chinese Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine, academic promotion lecturer of "angiopathy" project of ten-year plan of one hundred achievements set up by the Ministry of Health and director of Chinese Pharmacological Society. Now he dedicates himself to the research on degeneration of chronic and noninfectious diseases, early detection of hazard, early intervention, prognosis estimation and therapeutic evaluation and issues dozens of theses in domestic and international periodical. He is the Director of the PLA Spine Surgery Center, Chief Physician, post doctor with post-doctoral study in the field of orthopedics biomechanics in the Medical School of the Johns Hopkins University, and in the Orthopedics Spine Surgery Department, Health Science Center, School of Medicine, State University of New York, United States.During the 21 years of practice in medical career, he diligently studies in the field of orthopedics, keeps making breakthroughs, and has made outstanding achievements, as well as remarkable contributions in the fields of the basic theories of orthopedics and biomechanics. He put forward and proved the biomechanical mechanism of the dissection and reposition of vertebral burst fracture. The theory was published in the American magazine, Spine, and has been quoted many times by scholars of different countries. This theory has become the guiding principle for the design of Spine RF nail implants. His works, Biomechanical Research on the Cervical Interface Fixation, and Biomechanical Research on the Different Anterior Thoracolumbar Fixation Methods, were published in the American magazine, JBJS, for which he was twice awarded the annual ArcMed prize conferred by the NASS. Mr. Hou Shuxun
Director of the Orthopedic Research Institute of the PLA, Doctor tutor, Director of the Orthopedic Department of the No.304 Hospital of the PLA, Vice Chairman of the Orthopedics Committee of the Chinese Medical Association, Chairman of the China Vertebral Column and Spinal Cord Injury Association, Chairman of the Basic Study panel of the Orthopedics Committee of the Chinese Medical Association, member of the International Society of Orthopedic Surgery, honorary member of the United States Orthopedics and Neurosurgery Association. He is chief editor, member or standing member of the editorial committee of Chinese Journal of Surgery, Chinese Journal of Orthopedics, Chinese Journal of Traumatism (English Issue), Chinese Journal of Traumatic Orthopedics, Chinese Journal of Vertebral Column and Spinal Cord, Chinese Journal of Orthopaedic, Journal of Traumatism, etc. Professor Hou Shuxun has worked in the clinical orthopedics and basic research thereupon for a long time, and has achieved many high quality results in bone traumatism and spinal surgery. He took the lead to study on the peacetime firearm injury, which was listed as a "High Technology Project to be Extended all over the Army during the Ninth five Year Plan". He was the first to report on the disease of lumbar lateral recess stenosis and put forward the diagnostic criteria and treatment principles of the disease. He has won a second grade and a third grade of the National Reward for Progressive Technology and ten rewards of the second grade and higher grades of the Ministry Level Reward for Progressive Technology. He has published over 300 papers in recent five years, and he is the chief editor of five monographs including Modern Traumatic Orthopedics, Spinal Surgery, etc. He was named as a middle-aged/young expert, who has made remarkable contributions by the Ministry of Personnel in 1996. Arthoroscopy remodeling of acromion, reparation of rotator cuff injury and glenoid injury, release of periarthritis of shoulder. 6. Arthroscopy diaplasis with internal fixation to treat intra-articular fracture, e.g. Humeral greater tubercle fracture, knee joint internal fracture, radial head fracture, anklebone fracture, with no need of incision. 7. Hip arthroscopy: removal and decompression treatment of osteonecrosis of the femoral head under arthroscopy, removal treatment of bony arthritis, glenoid labrum under arthroscopy, removal of loose bodies, hip tumor biopsy, removal of tuberculosis of the hip joint or the focus of infection in the hip joint. 8. Ankle arthroscopy: OA removal, Removal of ankle synovitis, removal of loose bodies, knee joint fusion surgery under arthroscopy. 9. Elbow arthroscopy: removal of loose bodies, release of joint stiffness or adhesion lysis, remodeling of radial head under arthroscopy. 10. Wrist arthroscopy: carpal tunnel release and decompression under arthroscopy, treatment of triangular cartilage injury and fracture of carpal scaphoid bone under arthroscopy. 11. Minimal invasive treatment of old age bony arthritis under arthroscopy. 12. He pioneered in China in CT guided percutaneous FG injection to treat sacral nerve-root cyst to relieve the suffering of surgery.
