The 8.0-magnitude ravaging earthquake jolted Wenchuan county of Sichuan Province at 14:28, May 12, 2008, which shocked the whole nation and caused huge damages and pains to the villages and people in the hit areas. Facing such a sudden disaster, the organizers of International Medical Instruments and Equipment Exhibition (China Med), namely, Health Department of General Logistics Department,PLA, China World Trade Center Co., Ltd., Huitong Xingye International Exhibition (Beijing) Co., Ltd. and Messe Düsseldorf China Ltd. offered their joint hands and donated 50,000 RMB yuan to the hit areas through Red Cross China.
